Medical Assessment

When a participant is removed from sport, a medical assessment is required to be submitted. A concussion manager, group leader, guardian and participant can submit a medical assessment. The outcome of the medical assessment will determine whether the participant is put on protocol or returned to sport.

Medical assessments can be uploaded by concussion managers, group leaders, guardians and participants.

To submit a medical assessment, you have to navigate to the participant's profile.

1. Click "On Protocol"

2. Click the participant's name

3. Click "Recovery"

4. Click "Medical Assessment"

5. Upload the assessment

6. Click the diagnosis given on the Medical Assessment

7. Click "Submit"
